Resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander teaching and learning

This page features a range of resources to support teachers in embedding pedagogy that is culturally responsive to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners.

The first five resources are Tip Sheets from Make it Count, a major AAMT project that developed evidence-based, responsive mathematics pedagogies and resources to improve the learning outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners across Australia. The five tip sheets below suggest ways for teachers and school leaders to develop their culturally responsive pedagogy across five domains.
